We have developed online resources and a smartphone app for people who experience bipolar II disorder, both designed to improve symptoms and quality of life. These resources are designed to be user together intensively over a 3 week period.
To see whether the resources have been helpful to you we will ask you to do an assessment at the end of the 3 week period, which will involve a phone call and some online questionnaires asking about your mental health and wellbeing. You will be reimbursed with a $25 USD online gift card which can be used world wide for completing these assessments.

Please note, this program is not a substitute for medication, and does not replace your usual medical care. Because this is an international online intervention, we are not able to take on the responsibility for your health care or well-being. There is no emergency assistance available through the website or smartphone App, which is not monitored across all the time zones that participants are coming from. We offer this support program as an added extra to your usual care. You must have sought assistance from a health care provider in the last 12 months to participate in this program. If you have suicidal thoughts, seek immediate assistance from your service provider or emergency department.
